Kim Support Rob

Oh, now, see, this just isn't nice: poor Adrienne Bailon -- someone not nearly as famous as former friend Kim Kardashian -- does an open, honest interview about her dating past with Kim's brother, Rob Kardashian, and though it's public knowledge that Rob cheated on Adrienne, Kim went and got all hot when Adrienne mentioned the incident in her recent "Latina" feature.

About Rob, Adrienne said, "It's common knowledge that he cheated on me. It always bothered me that people were like, 'Why couldn’t you forgive him?' Why are women always the ones who have to forgive? If you cheated on a man, he would be like, 'You're disgusting, and I want nothing to do with you.' But women, we're supposed to be like, 'He messed up. He made a mistake'."Adrienne continued by saying that the cheating wasn't just a fleeting mistake, either: "He strategically planned things out so that he could cheat on me, and that to me was so disloyal. At the time, I didn’t think anyone would even care. To this day, people will still say, 'You ruined Rob's life!' And I'll think, 'Damn, I was still playing with Barbie dolls when I met him'."

She concluded her Kardashian rant by saying, "To be stuck with that Kardashian label, that was so hurtful to me and to my career. I probably realized that too late -- not that it would've affected my decisions in terms of who I dated, but it would've affected my decision to appear on the show."

Naturally, this didn't settle too well with Kim apparently, because she took her anger to Twitter last night, saying all sorts of things about how Adrienne wouldn't even be relevant if it weren't for a Kardashian:

But wait -- It didn't stop there: she had to bring Elsainto it:
And finally, this, in conclusion:
Oh, now, come on. We know just how much love and support Rob gets from his sister Kim, but she's probably been cheated on before, too. Nobody's perfect, and instead of thinking that this honesty from Adrienne was kicking Kim's brother when he was "down," maybe she should see it from the perspective of a woman whose feelings were decimated over a relationship that was apparently not just a flash in the pan -- Rob and Adrienne dated for nearly two years.

Maybe Kim's the one who needs to "let it go" instead, since it wasn't even her relationship to begin with. Maybe Kim should just back up off Adrienne and let the girl make her money and feed her own need for publicity however she needs to, right? Would that be so inconceivable?
